Your Community is only as strong as each Family.

It is our belief that much of what happens in society starts at home. Our Aim at NLT East Tampa is to partner with schools and families to improve the education of our children. We understand that parenting can be hard. Our goal is to offer resources and education to parents to help their children succeed in school. Partnership with Schools & Parents

We strive to partner with parents and schools to help improve children's educational experience. It is our goal to engage community partners to join the efforts of local schools. 

Homework Awareness

Many studies have shown that students that consistently do homework have increased test scores. We endeavor to educate parents on the importance of ensuring their child completes all home assignments. 

Attendance Matters

It is vital for the success of our community that we understand the importance of healthy attendance in our schools. Educators only have a limited time with our students to prepare them for their future. Always remember that every second counts. 

Plates & Prayer (Feeding our Community)

I truly believe one of the lost tenants of the Christian faith is remembering to serve those in need. One of the bedrocks of the early Church was to remember the poor. If we're to be the hands and feet of Jesus, we need to remember what He did. It is my belief that we have not fulfilled our calling until we've reach the widow, the orphan, and the stranger.  -Pastor Woods
